If the product you purchased did not have the reported characteristics, arrived damaged or in poor condition, do not worry, you can exchange it immediately. If it is in poor condition, appearance, or defects at the time of receipt, you can opt for an exchange or refund of the amount paid, as long as the product has not deteriorated due to an event attributable to the consumer.
